Nacsha Ealy
Nacsha Ealy is a Business Relations Consultant with Michigan Rehabilitation Services in the Business Network Division and has worked for MRS since 2006. She helps businesses as they create inclusive and diverse work cultures related to disability employment. She provides consultation related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), assists with reasonable accommodations, facilitates disability awareness training and many other services related to disability employment. Nacsha partners with organization such as MiWorks! various State of Michigan Departments, community colleges, federal agencies etc. to support individuals with disabilities. Nacsha enjoys collaborating with others within and outside of the agency and working together to provide solutions for job seeker customers and business customers. Nacsha is the recipient of the State of Michigan Good Government Symbol of Leadership Award and has a special interest in the hard of hearing population, transition youth, and developing and delivering training. Nacsha is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Business Solutions Professional (CBSP). Nacsha earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Oakland University.
